NFBP acts as the New Forest Apprenticeship Hub and is pleased to invite local businesses to a round table discussion on skills and apprenticeships - a practical opportunity to find out more about recent funding and support available to businesses across the New Forest.

Apprenticeships remain one of the most effective ways for businesses to build skills, address recruitment challenges and invest in the next generation of talent - but navigating the funding landscape and knowing where to start can be daunting. This session brings together local expertise and real-world experience to help demystify the process.

We're delighted that this event will be hosted by Keith Longman of Berthon Boat Company, whose business has a long-standing reputation for developing award-winning apprentices year after year. Keith will share first-hand insight into what makes an apprenticeship programme succeed, alongside guidance on current funding opportunities open to New Forest businesses.

The expert panel includes Sandra Davis of One Big Next and Carol Goring of HRUC Skills & Apprenticeships.

Whether you're considering your first apprentice or looking to expand an existing programme, this session offers a chance to ask questions, hear from peers and leave with practical next steps.

This Workshop includes Coffee/Tea/Pastries.
