Q4 is coming and it's the last real window to shape how 2026 ends and how 2027 begins. This workshop is a practical stock-take, not a lecture. Angie will guide you through a focused review of where your business actually stands versus where you set out to be back in January and help you build a simple, realistic action plan for the last four months of the year.
Why it matters
Most business owners set a plan for the year in January and then get swallowed by the day-to-day. By September, priorities have shifted, some goals are already dead and new opportunities have appeared that were never in the original plan. This session is a deliberate pause - a chance to catch your breath, be honest about progress and finish the year on purpose rather than on autopilot.

Where did you start? A quick, honest look back at the goals, budget and priorities set for 2026 - what's changed and why.
Where are you now? A structured self-assessment across sales, cash flow, team, customers and marketing - identifying quick wins already banked and gaps still open.
What's realistic by December? Reframing ambitions for the final quarter - separating "must do," "should do" and "nice to have" so energy goes to what matters.
Building your Q4 action plan. Small-group and 1:1 work with Angie to draft a simple one-page plan: three priorities, key dates, and what needs to happen by when.
Accountability and next steps. Committing to one action for the week ahead and information on ongoing NFBP business support available through the rest of the year.
