Sandy Booth, Owner and Vigneron, has spent decades perfecting the art of sustainable fruit farming - growing strawberries and asparagus in tunnels - and has now applied that same pioneering spirit to viticulture, cultivating grape varieties rarely seen in the UK, including the aromatic Gewürztraminer.
His innovative growing techniques, combined with a traditional, low-intervention approach to winemaking, produce wines that are as distinctive as the landscape they come from.
